Consultation Fees

Consultation fees are non-refundable, as they cover the dermatologist's professional evaluation, diagnosis, and treatment recommendations.

If you are unable to attend your appointment, you may request to reschedule subject to availability.

Treatment Packages

Customized treatment packages are designed specifically for each patient based on their skin, hair, or body concerns.

Unused treatment sessions may be transferred to another suitable treatment only at the clinic's discretion.
Completed or partially utilized packages are generally not eligible for refunds.
Package validity periods must be followed as communicated during purchase.

Advance Payments

Advance payments made for appointments or treatment bookings may be adjusted toward rescheduled appointments if prior notice is provided.

Failure to attend an appointment without prior notice may result in forfeiture of the advance payment.

Cancellation Policy

Patients are requested to inform the clinic at least 24 hours in advance if they wish to cancel or reschedule their appointment.

Late cancellations or missed appointments may be subject to cancellation charges.

Refund Eligibility

Refunds may be considered only under exceptional circumstances, including:

Duplicate or accidental payment.
Payment processed multiple times for the same appointment.
Cancellation of treatment by the clinic before commencement.
Situations approved by the clinic management after review.

All refund requests are subject to verification and approval.

Non-Refundable Services

The following services are generally non-refundable:

Consultation charges
Completed treatment sessions
Customized treatment packages already started
Skincare products and cosmetics once opened or used
Gift vouchers and promotional offers
Membership fees (if applicable)

Product Returns

For hygiene and safety reasons, skincare products, cosmetics, supplements, and medical devices purchased from the clinic cannot be returned or exchanged once opened or used.

If you receive a damaged or incorrect product, please notify us within 48 hours of purchase.

Processing Time

Approved refunds will be processed through the original payment method.

Refund processing may take 7-10 business days, depending on your bank or payment provider.

Treatment Results

As every individual's skin, hair, and body respond differently, treatment outcomes cannot be guaranteed.

Refunds will not be issued based solely on personal expectations or variations in treatment results when services have been delivered as recommended.
